Enhanced Fit Service

Our standard Made To Measure costumes have generally fit well on our clients.However, fit is a personal preference.
A snug fit of 3cm ease around the waist might be comfortable for some, while others find it too restrictive. Some may be able to tolerate a few short hours of wear, but not for a whole convention day.If a precise fit is your top priority, our Enhanced Fit Service is perfect for you!

What should I know before submitting an Inquiry?
1. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
2. Quotes are valid for 2 weeks only. If the booking fee is not received within this period, your project slot will be forfeited.
3. Resubmitted projects will be subject to a new evaluation and pricing.
4. For multiple projects, please submit a new form for each inquiry.How long will my costume take to complete?
Costumes typically take 3-6 months to complete, from Consultation to Delivery.* Choosing the Enhanced Fit service add-on will extend this timeline.In the event the nature of the costume is complex, the deadline will be extended to ensure the final product meets the agreed level of satisfaction.Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment by monthly installments.
Your costume will only be delivered once full payment is received.
I do not live in your city/country. Would you still take my project?
Yes! Measurement sessions and fitting sessions can be done via video calls.
International payments are accepted via Wise or Paypal.
I'm worried about the fit of my costume.
Should you require more precise fitting, you may opt for our add-on Enhanced Fit Service.

Can you make this costume?
Generally we would not accept:
• Full armor (think robots/mecha, medieval armor...)
• Mascot costumes (think fur suits, giant animals...)
• Custom footwear (including shoe covers. However, we can do small parts or accessories that attach onto your existing footwear.)
Can you make a costume based on fan works?
Yes, but only under the following conditions:
1. You have obtained written permission from the original artist.
2. You are the original artist.
Important: It is the client’s responsibility to secure the necessary permissions for any designs they did not create themselves. We will not be held liable for any legal repercussions arising from intellectual property infringement.Can I use my completed project in competitions / for profit works?
• Only in competitions where they allow costumes not made by participants. Please credit us for your costume.
• For commercial works, a commercial rate and terms apply.
Commercial usages are such as, but not limited to; paid event appearances, selling merchandise of your cosplay.

As avid cosplayers, we had experienced the frustrations of buying mass-produced costumes—poor quality, limited sizes, and inaccurate details.
